Vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the products and services they offer through the Kwika platform. This includes but is not limited to:
Kwika acts only as a facilitator of the transaction and is not a party to the sale. Kwika does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any vendor’s offerings and disclaims all liability in connection with such products or services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Vendors and service providers are responsible for ensuring timely payment of any applicable subscription, service, or transaction fees associated with their use of the Kwika platform. Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of the vendor's store, products, or services from public visibility on the platform. Kwika reserves the right to disable or terminate access to any vendor or service provider account due to non-payment without prior notice.
